					Frac Tank 500 Barrel We manufacture FRAC tanks for all types of temporary storage of hazardous and non-hazardous liquids. Our tank is used in a variety of oilfiels, industrial and environmental applications.

• DIMENSIONS: Approx. overall 45' long, 8-1/2'wide, and 10' high, 500-barrel capacity.
• FLOOR: 1/4" plate "V" bottom.
• FLOOR FRAME: 12"and 10" channel with formed cross members.
• WALLS: 1/4" plate with horizntal corrugated steel, soild welded with 4" x 4" x 1/4" square tubing for rodless wall supports.
• ROOF: flat top, 1/4" with exterior channel supports.
• FRONT/REAR: 1/4" plate with horizntal corrugated steel, solid welded with 4" x 4" x 1/4" square tubing corners.
• DRAIN/FILL: 4" floor drain and 3" fill pipe roof mount at the rear, 8" internal or external manifold turned down to the internal sump.
• GEL LINE: 4" on front of tank with 4" valve.
• MANWAY: 20" , one on front, and one on side, three nonseal hatches with safty bars on roof.
• PICK UP: Standard king pin with 1/2" solid plate, 4" heavy pick up pipe.
• AXLE: Axle with 11 x 22.5 tires, air brakes.
• ACCESS: Stairs on front.
• FINISH: Exterior one color paint customer preference.
• HYDROTESTING: Full static.
• OPTIONAL INTERIOR COATING: Coal tar epoxy standard, other coating's available.
